Sandra Bullock's Vintage Wedding Gown From The Proposal. In the movie The Proposal Sandra's character wears a 1930s-style wedding dress that originally belonged to the groom's grandmother. The dress is of course altered to fit more of Sandra's character's style for the final wedding. It has a old vintage style paired with a modern feel. You can see both versions of the dress below.
