Heidi Montag’s Wedding Dress By Monique Lhuillier. We all know that Heidi has great style and for her wedding gown she choose one by Monique Lhuillier. The dress was from Monique Lhuillier's spring 2009 collection. The gown was made of silk organza and featured a embellished motif at the center. (which is one of the reason I believe Heidi chose this dress) The gown also featured a drop down waist with peacock feathers and retails for $7,500. While the ivory sash goes for $2,500. Quite a pricey piece but Heidi really made the dress her own by adding expensive necklaces and bracelets to make the embellished center of the dress pop. Overall love the look and love the gown.

Bridal Wars Wedding Dresses, Hairstyles and Makeup Looks. If you're planning your wedding the movie Bridal Wars can give you alot of inspiration. On second thought look at many wedding themed movies to really tug at some cutting edge wedding ideas. From the makeup looks, to the bridal gowns, hairstyles and wedding dresses Bridal Wars was full of ideas.

Bridesmaid Dresses
If you didn't already know darker hued dresses are really in season for summer and spring 2009. In the movie the first bride choose to use black dresses. Wearing black at a wedding can be really daring but well worth it in the end for showing some serious style. Other dark colors in style are burgundy, grays and dark blues.



Bridal Makeup
Kate Hudson who are a classic Vera Wang gown with a purple bow had stunning purple eyeshadow to go with the theme of her wedding. Pink lips and muted blush were also use for the bridal makeup look.

Bridal Hairstyles
In the movie Kate Hudson wore a classic white veil which is rarely seen on brides these days but I'm glad it's making a comeback. Anne Hathaway wore her hair in a classic updo with one single blue flowered pin that was her something blue for the wedding. Blue hair pins are perfect for brides on their wedding day and you can create quite a classic look with them.



Bridal Wedding Gowns
Both dresses had a romantic feel that was perfect for the brides. Like I said previously Kate Hudson wore a tulle Vera Wang gown that flared out at the bottom and was a corset at the top. The purple bow really helped bring some color to the dress. Anne Hathaway also wore a Vera Wang gown that was gently off the shoulders which is a look that works for any women. The dress was also designed to look like it had been passed down from her mother and was designed with taffeta material.
